TAPA Mission

To create a supportive network that advocates. supports, promotes, and educates for the growth and development of micro business in Vermont.

To accomplish this mission, the providers shall:

  • Advocate for small and microbusinesses throughout the state
  • Engage in peer support, networking and professional development
  • Develop and deliver broad small and micro business education, image building, and training programs
  • Ensure and suport the continued delivery of the highest quality technical assistance service to our small and micro business clients
